How Long Will it take for my order to ship?

Orders will typically ship between 1-3 business days.If there are any technical issues with your order, I will be in contact with you via email/text/call to inform you so that you are constantly in the know about when your order will be shipped.Tracking will be provided to you via email.

Please make sure before purchasing that your address is correct. If you accidentally put a wrong address then I am not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address So Please be sure to double/triple check your address before submitting your order.

What are your refund, exchange, and cancellation policies?

We do not accept refunds, cancellations or exchanges on crystal specimens, so please purchase responsibly and be sure to read full descriptions and look at all of the photos of the item you intend on bringing home!
